The New Beginnings Mission and Vision

• To empower at-risk communities by providing programs and services to aid in self-sufficient living, which in turn will reduces the welfare rate.


• To equip at-risk pregnant teens and young mothers with the tools they need to care for their child.


• To utilize various community resources to educate an at-risk population.


• To refocus the pregnant teen toward 2nd time prevention through education.


• To educate non-pregnant teens on abstinence and prevention.
